What You'll Be Doing

From your first week, you'll gain real responsibility and hands-on experience:

Sourcing and interviewing graduates and experienced professionals for education roles * Matching candidates to roles in primary, secondary and SEND schools * Supporting senior consultants in developing school partnerships * Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commissionAs you progress, you'll manage your own client schools, negotiate fees, and earn commission on every placement you make.
