This is an exciting opportunity to join a Building Services team in Cardiff as part of a structured graduate programme starting in October 2026.Youll work on a wide variety of projects in a collaborative team environment, gaining hands-on experience and early exposure to clients. This is a genuine role within a live project team, where your contribution will be valued from day one.Projects range from large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial developments to smaller schemes, working with clients across sectors including education, healthcare, manufacturing, and development.The Role Work as part of a design team delivering detailed electrical building services designs Use CAD and BIM (Revit) software to develop system layouts and technical drawings Design site-specific electrical systems and equipment Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and contractors Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions Ensure designs meet regulatory and health & safety requirements Support sustainable design by advising on energy use and carbon reduction About YouEssential: Degree or higher qualification in Building Services Engineering (or similar) Right to work in the UK without sponsorship Strong interest in the built environment and engineering design Willingness to learn and develop within a collaborative team Personal Attributes: Curious and proactive with a desire to learn from experienced professionals Passionate about engineering and the role of the built environment in society Strong communication and teamwork skills Why JoinYoull be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where people are encouraged to grow, develop, and contribute.
