Graduate Electrical Design Engineer (Control Panels)
£25,000 - £30,000 + Company Benefits + Training + Progression + Manufacture Specific Training + Company Bonus
Stoke - Office Based
Do you have an Electrical Engineering degree? Are you looking to kickstart your career withing a leading Pump Manufacturer, offering hands on manufacture specific training and a company bonus to increase your earnings?
This UK manufacturer, with a £21 million turnover, supplies innovative pumping and fluid handling solutions to the construction, utilities, housing, and wastewater sectors, built on over 65 years of engineering excellence, reliability, and customer-focused service trusted by local authorities, developers, and contractors nationwide.
In this role, you will support the design of electrical control systems using Eplan and AutoCAD, assisting with schematics and documentation. You will liaise with clients and suppliers, gain exposure to PLC, HMI and VSD systems, and support commissioning and technical activities while ensuring designs meet standards and project requirements. Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week, based in Stoke.
This role would suit a Graduate Electrical Engineer looking to kickstart their career within a specialist manufacturing environment, offering hands-on training, exposure to control systems, and the opportunity to develop technically within a growing and well-established pump manufacturer.
The Role:
Support the design of electrical control systems using Eplan and AutoCAD
Produce schematics and supporting technical documentation
Assist with PLC, HMI and VSD system integration
Liaise with clients and suppliers to support project delivery
Monday - Friday, 40-hour week, office-based in Stoke
The Person:
Graduate Electrical Engineer who has completed a placement year
Understanding of electrical control systems and automation
Work within a team of 6
Commutable to Stoke
