This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting mix of projects such as commercial, retail, logics, and industrial.\n\n-Salary ranging from £32,000-£37,000 (depending on experience).\n\n-Hybrid working arrangement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n-Understand project scope, limitations, and costs; manage time and workload to meet deliverables and budgets.\n\n-Represent your discipline in meetings, communicate professionally with clients and teams, and conduct site surveys with clear reporting.\n\n-Produce technical designs, calculations, specifications, and risk assessments in line with project stages and CDM regulations.\n\n-Promote sustainability in design, support defect inspections, snagging, and ensure compliance with project briefs.\n\n-Maintain quality client care, contribute to feasibility studies, review documentation, and support business development opportunities.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n-A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).\n\n-Strong interest in sustainable design and low-carbon technologies.\n\n-Familiarity with industry design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, IES, Hevacomp) is desirable.\n\n-Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.\n\n-Eagerness to learn, grow, and work towards professional Chartership
