This role is perfect for a motivated Graduate Engineer, whether you have some experience or are just starting your career.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and progress with no glass ceiling in a supportive and collaborative environment.\n \nWhat You’ll Do\n\nSupport Engineers and Senior Engineers with electrical designs, calculations, lighting schemes, and design problem-solving\nProduce CAD drawings and work with electrical software such as Amtech and Dialux\nUse Revit and other Building Services design tools\nAttend site visits and surveys\nParticipate in client meetings and project discussions\nWho You Are\n\nDegree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent)\nIdeally hold a full driving license\nAmbitious, motivated, and a strong team player\nLocal to Plymouth or willing to relocate is advantageous\nWhat’s On Offer\n\nStarting salary: £25,000–£30,000\n25 days annual leave\nCompany phone and laptop\nAnnual performance bonus\nClear career progression with the opportunity to reach senior roles\nJoin a friendly, supportive, and ambitious team where you can grow professionally and enjoy the journey
