Graduate Engineering Geologist | Exeter | £27,000 - £29,000

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineering Geologist to join agrowing team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of ground investigation and geotechnical projects, supporting infrastructure, environmental, and civil engineering developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site investigations, including logging boreholes, trial pits, and collecting soil and rock samples.

Support senior geologists and engineers in geotechnical and geological assessments.

Contribute to data interpretation, reporting, and preparation of technical documents.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Participate in health, safety, and environmental practices on site.

Requirements:

A degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related Earth Sciences discipline.

Strong interest in geotechnical engineering and ground investigation.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites and work outdoors as needed.
