The Role: As a Graduate Engineering Geologist, you’ll get hands-on from day one — working across site investigations, ground analysis, and geotechnical reporting. No two days are the same, and you’ll quickly develop the skills that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting ground investigations on a variety of sites

Logging soils and rocks and overseeing drilling activities

*

Assisting with trial pits and site sampling

*

Recording accurate data and maintaining site records

*

Contributing to technical reports and analysis

*

Working alongside experienced engineers and geologists

*

Following and promoting health & safety best practices

What You’ll Bring:

Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or similar

A hands-on mindset and willingness to work outdoors

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills
