About the Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior staff to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils who need additional help Assisting with phonics, reading, maths and general classroom activities Supporting children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and speech & language needs Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting positive routines Preparing learning resources and contributing to activity planning Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
