Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer – Building services\n\n£28,000 - £30,000\n\nBirmingham or Leicester \n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or junior engineer to begin their career within building services, gaining hands-on experience across a range of projects while being supported through professional development and Chartership.\n\nThe role:\n• Support the design of mechanical building services systems (HVAC, heating, ventilation, cooling)\n• Assist with calculations, drawings, and technical documentation\n• Work alongside senior engineers from concept through to detailed design\n• Contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions\n • Use industry-standard tools such as Revit, IES, and Hevacomp\n\nThe ideal candidate:\n• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or similar)\n• Strong interest in building services design and sustainability\n• Familiarity with software such as Revit or IES is advantageous\n• Good communication and teamwork skills\n • Motivated to learn and progress within a consultancy environment\n\nA great opportunity to join a supportive consultancy with structured training, mentorship, and a clear pathway towards Chartership.\n\nIf you are interested in this Graduate Mechanical role, please contact Callum via (url removed)
