Graduate Operations Analyst

Location: Central London

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + performance-based bonus (£5,000 – £10,000) + Benefits + Share Options

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Start date: March 2026 (2024/2025 Graduate)


About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy developer specialising in private-wire, behind-the-meter solar, storage and wind projects for large commercial and industrial power users across the UK.


They identify, fund, develop, build, own and operate large-scale clean energy assets that supply organisations directly with low-cost, secure electricity — reducing reliance on the national grid while accelerating the UK’s energy transition.


With significant institutional backing and a multi-gigawatt pipeline, the company is entering a rapid growth phase and expanding its London-based team.


The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and analytically minded graduate to work closely with senior leadership in a funded, high-growth renewable energy business.

You will play a central role in supporting day-to-day operations across land, planning and project delivery teams, while gaining exposure to board-level processes, investor reporting, budgets, contracts and strategic initiatives.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, commercial awareness and working at the heart of a scaling organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the COO and senior management with operational coordination and strategic initiatives
  • Managing operational budgets, invoices and financial tracking processes
  • Overseeing document management and maintaining high-quality internal reporting standards
  • Coordinating board and investor administration processes
  • Reviewing and supporting the administration of legal documents (NDAs, contractor agreements, employment contracts)
  • Supporting onboarding of new staff and contractors, including inductions and health & safety processes
  • Liaising with outsourced IT and cybersecurity providers
  • Supporting cross-functional teams (Land, Planning, Projects) with research and operational coordination
  • Assisting with marketing activity and event coordination where required


Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong Russell Group / Redbrick university degree
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excel and Microsoft Office capability
  • Comfortable working with budgets, numbers and structured data
  • Professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
  • Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure and sustainability
