One Day Agency is an integrated advertising and marketing agency with offices in Manchester, London, and Warsaw. In just five years, we’ve built a team of 12 dynamic professionals working with brands of all sizes across the Globe, from small e-commerce businesses to F1 teams.

We specialise in delivering high-impact advertising campaigns across OOH, TV, Radio, and digital channels, helping brands grow through strategic integrated marketing.

The Role

We are looking for a Graduate or Junior Designer to join and work under our Senior Designer at our Manchester HQ. You'll be working across all of the agency areas and delivering One Day-branded content, digital ads for clients, paid social ads, outdoor advertising campaigns, TV ads, supporting pitch decks, sales collateral, and more. Core Skills

• Creative Concepts: research, storyboarding, moodboards
• Motion Graphics: After Effects
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere
• Graphic Design: InDesign/Illustrator
• Others: Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Generative AI experience with the latest tools.

• Talented graduate or junior designer.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills—you’ll need to navigate multiple platforms with ease.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools is desirable.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher (mandatory).

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 base

Flexible Work: WFH every Friday + 20 additional WFH days per year

Annual Leave: Up to 30 days
