£26,403 - £28,142 per annum Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping your local area? Join our Development Management team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Council's priorities and service plan. What you'll do: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Development Management team. Carry out site visits, surveys, and studies to support planning decisions. Contribute to the preparation of reports, strategies, and plans produced by the team. Support public consultation events, including preparing consultation materials and responding to enquiries from residents and stakeholders. Produce maps, photographic evidence, reports, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings effectively. Undertake technical tasks such as validating, registering, and processing planning applications, appeals, and Tree Preservation Orders. Why join us?
