Graduate Product Design Engineer

We are looking for a Graduate Product Design Engineer to join an established Product Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience to develop a real career within a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product development from concept to production
- Conduct research and competitor analysis
- Produce and maintain CAD drawings, assemblies, and PDM files
- Prepare BOMs and manufacturing documentation
- Assist with fault finding and continuous improvement of designs and assembly methods
- Communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree qualified or early-career design engineer
- Proficient in SolidWorks, PDM, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, injection moulding, aluminium extrusion)
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, positive approach
