The Role

As a Graduate QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge financial software. You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to test new features, identify issues, and help shape a seamless user experience.

This is not a box-ticking QA role — you’ll be encouraged to think critically, challenge assumptions, and contribute ideas that improve both product and process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Testing new features across web-based platforms
• Writing and executing test cases (manual and, over time, automated)
• Collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes
• Gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• A strong academic background (STEM preferred, but not essential)
• Genuine interest in technology and how software is built
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn
• No prior QA experience required — just the right attitude and aptitude
