Operating in construction, infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors, they support main contractors and asset owners in building, maintaining, and enhancing critical facilities.
As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, tenders, and costings for scaffolding projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and both our Commercial and our Operations departments to ensure competitive and profitable pricing while maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for scaffolding projects of varying size and complexity. * Review drawings, specifications, and site information to assess requirements. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather essential project information. * Submit tenders and quotations within deadlines. * Monitor market rates and competitor activity to ensure competitive pricing. * Assist with project handover to operations, ensuring smooth transition from tender to delivery. * Maintain accurate records of tenders, enquiries, and outcomes.
