Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor – Marylebone - PERM\n\nRare and exciting opportunity for a Grad Quantity Surveyor to join a successful high end residential & commercal refurb contractor, where you’ll assist on high-value refurbishment projects from inception to completion. Enjoy working within a supportive, close-knit team with a generous package and clear, uncapped progression opportunities.\n\nWhat does the role involve?\n\nThe client are based in Marylebone, and all projects are based in the Central London area. The role will be based in the office with site visits when necessary.\n\nYou’ll assist with 2-3 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities.

You’ll produce cost reports, valuations, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as administering subcontract valuations and payments - ensuring robust financial and project performance.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Working on reurbishment projects valued up to £5M\n\nTo be successful in this role you will have:\n\n * \n\n Keen to work on high-value refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n Commutable to sites\n\n * \n\n Looking for autonomy, progression, and project ownership\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\nQualities and Behaviours\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial and business awareness.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication skills.\n\n * \n\n Professional, flexible approach.\n\n * \n\n ‘Can Do’ attitude with solution led teamwork approach to getting work tasks completed diligently and on time.\n\n * \n\n High level of integrity and honesty.\n\n * \n\n Strength of character to enforce corporate policies respectfully.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join a growing refurbishment contractor, delivering major projects with real responsibility, long-term progression, and a strong team culture.\n\nTo find out more about this position as a Grad Quantity Surveyor in Marylebone, call Mia of CPR Recruitment\n\nCPR Recruitment are currently on over 500 sites across London & the South East.
