Previous recruitment experience is not essential, ideally you will be degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1, plus 6-12 months sales experience working within a B2B environment, but not essential. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for sales and building relationships. Apart from anything we are interested in you as a person, hard working,resilient, somebody who genuinely wants to succeed & make money.We have a Head of L&D who runs an internal training academy when you join but also creates training & development plans for all staff.
