I am exclusively partnered with a boutique, high-performing headhunting firm specialising in the Financial Services sector. You will be building relationships with top decision makers at leading Hedge Funds and Investment Banks in London, and assist them with their hiring. Currently a close-knit team of 12 and aiming to expand to 15 over the coming months - this is the perfect opportunity to join a company where you will have daily exposure to clients, candidates and your senior consultants: this is the best way to get up and running. You will receive hands-on training directly from the founders, who bring over 40 years of combined experience in Financial Services recruitment. Start earning commission on top of your salary from day one, expect to earn £50k in your first year! What the day-to-day looks like: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Develop deep expertise and build relationships with impressive stakeholders in the Financial Services market Attend client meetings to understand their hiring needs Map the market and identify professionals suitable for your clients Outreach and engage with prospective candidates Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle Advise and prepare your candidates throughout the interview process Negotiate high-value placements with confidence Close deals, make money for your business and earn lots of commission!
