As a Recruitment Consultant in the white-collar energy space, you will: Develop a network of skilled candidates in areas such as engineering, project management, commercial operations, and sustainability.

Research and target high-potential clients within renewables, oil & gas, power generation, and emerging energy markets.

Write and post tailored job adverts to attract top talent.

Screen CVs and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career goals.

Manage the recruitment process from initial brief to successful placement.

Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve
