The Role

You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle , including:

Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
Interviewing and qualifying candidates
Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
Writing job adverts and marketing live roles
Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
Working towards targets and being rewarded when you exceed them

What You’ll Get

£25,000 base salary + uncapped commission
£40k+ OTE in Year 1
