About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented educators with schools and institutions that need them. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role combining sales, relationship management, and problem-solving. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do

* Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions

* Source, interview, and place candidates including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff

* Develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking

* Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement

* Meet targets and contribute to team success in a rewarding, results-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

* A recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong work ethic

* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

* Resilient, driven, and target-oriented mindset

* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

* Interest in education and making a positive impact

* Sales or customer-facing experience (desirable but not essential)
