The Benefits - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
27k base salary with an increase to 32.5k once promoted to Consultant
OTE - 55K
Promotion within 5 to 6 months of being in the industry
One to one training with a few classroom sessions with the directors

Early finish every Friday
WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted

Mapping the market you work within so you can give clients the best advice on trends and their competitors
Negotiating with clients and offering your expertise
Sourcing the candidate they are looking for via cold calling, headhunting and networking
Organizing interviews for your candidate and helping them succeed in them
Sorting the contract after their offer
