Who We’re Looking For:

We are searching for ambitious, articulate, and intellectually curious individuals with:

• A degree from a top UK/Russell Group university (2:1 or above preferred)
• A competitive edge — ideally with examples from academics, sports, or extra-curricular achievements
• Confidence in communication, both written and verbal, with the gravitas to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
