Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Summer 2026 Intake


Start Window: Summer 2026 (May-September)


Location: Leeds City Centre


Salary: Competitive base salary plus commission (OTE £50,000 in year one)


Commission Structure: Up to 50% commission from day one


We are looking to welcome ambitious graduates into our Leeds-based recruitment team for Summer 2026. This role is suited to driven, resilient individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in recruitment, specialising in the U.S. Construction market.

The role:

Operating across several international locations, the business focuses on specialist recruitment within the U.S. Construction sector. We work closely with forward-thinking and market-leading organisations, supporting them in securing top talent efficiently.


As a graduate consultant, you’ll play an active role in supporting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, working in fast-paced markets and developing strong commercial awareness early in your career.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business and maintaining strong client partnerships
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates
  • Managing negotiations and handling objections
  • Interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and preparing candidates for meetings
  • Generating leads and referrals
  • Building deep knowledge within your specialist market


What we’re looking for:

  • Background in sales, retail, hospitality, sport, or other customer-focused roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Previous exposure to sales environments (advantageous)
  • Ability to work towards targets and manage deadlines
  • A motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for challenge
