Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Brighton | £25,000–£27,000 + Uncapped Commission

OTE Year 1: £12,500 commission on top of salary

The earning potential is real.

One consultant billed £250k last year and is earning close to £100k.

Others have reached £150k–£160k annual billings within their early years.

My client is a specialist recruitment firm operating across Risk, Compliance and Financial Services in the UK, US and UAE.

They’re hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant for their Hove office.

You’ll be:

• Building relationships with senior professionals across Financial Services, Risk and Compliance
• Learning how to headhunt using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Supporting live global mandates with consultancies and law firms
• Developing real commercial confidence in high-value, technical markets

They’re looking for:

• A graduate (any discipline)
• Money motivated
• Competitive
• Resilient
• Comfortable speaking to senior professionals

Sales experience helps.

Life experience helps.
