Our business provides temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to primary, secondary and SEND schools across England and Wales.

As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for generating new business over the phone, meeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and on going customer service with both the school and the teacher. This is a very challenging role and can be very fast paced involving tight deadlines at times.
