The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be trained to manage a 360 recruitment desk, working with candidates and clients. Responsibilities include:

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Business development using sales and commercial techniques
Understanding client needs and role requirements
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
