What You'll Be Doing

From your first week, you'll gain real responsibility and hands-on experience:

Sourcing and interviewing graduates and experienced professionals for education roles
Matching candidates to roles in primary, secondary and SEND schools
Supporting senior consultants in developing school partnerships
Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commissionAs you progress, you'll manage your own client schools, negotiate fees, and earn commission on every placement you make.
