Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central / North London (office-based)

Salary: Up to £30,000 + uncapped commission

What this is

This is not a “normal” graduate role.

You’ll be working in tech recruitment, focused on areas like:

• AI
• software engineering
• high-performance systems

You’ll be speaking with:

• engineers
• founders
• senior stakeholders

If you’re curious about tech, commercially driven, and want to make money early in your career — this is a strong place to start.

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking with candidates and understanding their experience
• Reaching out to engineers and building relationships
• Supporting live roles with clients across AI and tech
• Learning how to run recruitment processes end-to-end
• Developing business development skills over time

• Strong communication skills (clear, confident English)
• Curious about tech / AI (you don’t need to be technical)
• Competitive and motivated by money
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking to people and building relationships
