What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing Candidates: You will be identifying and attracting potential candidates through the job boards, networking groups and IT forums.
• Screening: Conduct the initial screening interviews to assess the skills and viability of the candidates for both live vacancies and potential future vacancies.
• Supporting Clients: Assist the senior consultants in drilling down and researching client requirements.
• Database Enrichment: Maintaining and updating the existing candidate database ensuring the team have the most relevant candidates available giving us the edge.

• Strong Communicator: You will have strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Thick Skin & Resilience: You will hear ‘No’ a lot. This doesn't phase you. You keep pushing until you can turn it into a ‘Yes’.
