Graduate Sales Engineer – HVAC

Graduate Sales Engineer required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering graduate (or similar) looking to kick-start a career in a technical, customer-facing role within a growing and supportive business.

This is a field-based role where you will work from home while visiting customers across the South East and South West. While this may sound like a large territory, you’ll typically meet around 15–17 customers per month, giving you plenty of time to develop your technical knowledge and support projects remotely.

You will engage with customers via phone, Teams, and face-to-face meetings, helping to deliver practical HVAC solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements and supporting them with design and implementation challenges, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining engineering knowledge with problem-solving and communication.

Graduate Sales Engineers Package

* £35,000 basic salary

Graduate Sales Engineers Responsibilities

* Meet customers via Teams and face-to-face

* Support customers with technical HVAC solutions

* Build relationships and identify opportunities for future projects

* Assist in developing and maintaining a strong project pipeline

* Use tools such as Glenigan and Barbour ABI to track opportunities

Graduate Sales Engineers Requirements

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Interest in developing a career in technical sales

* Full UK driving licence

* Willingness to travel across the South East and occasionally UK-wide
