£25,000 – £35,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Joining this business as a Graduate Area Sales Executive, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing a defined territory across the North West of England and North Wales, working with a broad customer base and building your commercial skillset from day one.

With structured development, ongoing support, and clear progression, this role offers a genuine pathway into senior leadership including future progression into a Sales Director position.


The Role


As a Graduate Area Sales Executive, you will:


Manage and develop relationships within; Builders’ merchants, House builders, Roofing contractors, Developers etc.

Promote and sell a range of high-quality roofing products

Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory

Maintain and grow existing accounts

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations

Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

Track activity and pipeline through CRM systems


What We’re Looking For


  • A recent graduate (or equivalent) with strong ambition to build a career in sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn

No prior sales experience required — full training and development will be provided.
