Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

  • Contactingbusinessesusingdataprovisionstofeedfieldsalesteamwithnewbusinesssalesopportunitiesviadiarisedappointmentswithinapre-definedgeographicalterritory.
  • Effectivelyfollowinguponprospectdata,inboundleadsandmarketingcampaignstobuildupandnurturealong-termpipelineofsalesopportunities.
  • Ensureallkeydetails-decisionmakers,incumbentsuppliersandcontractualperiodsareupdatedonallleadswherepossible.
  • Usespecialisedtools,socialmediaandnewschannelstoidentifybusinessissueswhichhelppositionourproductsandservicestogiveusacompetitiveadvantage.
  • DriveownactivitytocontinuallyachievedesiredKPIs.
  • EffectiveutilisationofdataandCRM/databasetoupdate/recordaccuratedetailsaboutclientsandprospects.
  • Workcloselywithotherdepartmentswhererequiredwithinthecompanytoensuresuccessindeliveringaqualityservicetoourclients.
  • Inadditiontothedutiesandresponsibilitieslisted,thejobholderisrequiredtoperformotherdutiesasreasonablyassignedbythesupervisor/managerfromtimetotime.
  • Throughoptimisingyourownpersonalbehaviours,youwillsupportthebusinessindrivingworld-classcustomerengagementandbusinessperformance.
