Our Commercial Development Programme is a graduate sales training scheme that combines real work with structured learning, preparing you for roles such as a Business Unit Manager, Showroom Manager or Sales Manager.
What Youll Be Doing Youll spend your time learning by doing and building your skills through professional training.
Hands-on product learning - start in the warehouse to handle stock, learn its features, and understand how it solves customer problems.
Customer-facing sales work - serve customers at the trade counter and by phone, developing your communication and selling skills.
Cross-team shadowing - experience different functions, from the Commercial Team to the Service Centre, to see the full business picture.
Account management - once youre delivering consistent results, take ownership of your own accounts and grow your portfolio.
