Graduate Secondary Support Mentor | Details:
Full-time, contract-based role
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: July 2026
Pay: £475 per week (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities | Graduate Secondary Support Mentor:
Provide 1:1 and small group pastoral support to students
Support student wellbeing and act as a positive role model
Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies
Help manage behaviour and support restorative practices
Address barriers to learning, attendance, and engagement

Requirements | Graduate Secondary Support Mentor:
Bachelors degree (minimum 2:1) from a Russell Group university preferred
Passion for supporting young people and improving student welfare
