Supporting pupils with SEMH, behavioural and mental health needs
Working as a Learning Support/SEMH TA alongside teachers and behaviour teams
Taking on flexible day‑to‑day, short‑term or long‑term placements
Building practical experience valued by schools, therapists and future employers

Who we’re looking for

Psychology, Education, Criminology, Sociology, Youth Work, Sport or Social Science graduates (or anyone passionate about helping young people)
Positive, resilient, enthusiastic individuals
Confident supporting behaviour — or open to learning
Available Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
