GSL Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN schools and inclusive mainstream settings across North West London. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

About the Role:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups • Assist students with learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals • Gain valuable experience with EHCPs, SEN strategies, and behaviour plans • Develop key skills for future careers in education or mental health
