This secondary school in Manchester are looking for a highly academic, experienced candidate who has previously worked with SEN pupils. The successful candidate must be resilient, patient and personable.
About the Role: * Support students with SEN needs in both group settings and on a 1:1 basis * Assist in delivering tailored learning programmes and emotional regulation strategies * Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and self-esteem * Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment * Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to ensure every student is supported
What We're Looking For: * A recent UK Psychology graduate (or related field) * Experience working with children/young people with SEN needs * Understanding of safeguarding and child protection * Passionate about education and making a difference * Able to commit to a role from after Easter until the end of the academic year * Able to provide references covering the last 2 year
