Job Purpose/Specification:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate surveyor, to join our Building Consultancy team for intake in September 2025. As part of your graduate programme (year one) we offer a great opportunity to work within other divisions such as our Residential, Planning, and Commercial teams. We offer a broad range of experience which will support the successful candidate to achieve MRICS surveyor status.


  • You will ideally have a little bit of experience, so you can hit the ground running in assisting passionate professionals and provide a collaborative culture that enables people to thrive.
  • To work within the multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy Team alongside practitioners at all levels within the industry.


Following appropriate training


  • Producing reports to clients on building consultancy projects
  • To present with colleagues at client meetings
  • Undertaking site inspections when dealing with our national client base.


Person Specification


  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • CAD skills would be desirable
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full clean driving license
