GRADUATE BUILDING SURVEYOR SRVO £Competitive, aligned to experience Hybrid - London / South ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a fast-growing and highly active Building Consultancy team, working across a diverse residential-led portfolio. From day one, youll gain hands-on exposure to live instructions across defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, project delivery and building safety. Youll work alongside experienced, MRICS-qualified surveyors, developing real technical capability while progressively taking ownership of your own work. The work is varied, practical and aligned to your APC pathway, ensuring your day-to-day experience directly supports progression towards chartership. ROLE EXPECTATIONS This is a delivery-focused role where youll learn by doing, with support from experienced surveyors.
