Finatal is working in partnership with a mid-market private equity firm that has recently closed its latest fund. The firm specialises in investing in high-growth companies within the technology and artificial intelligence sectors. Its investment strategy is underpinned by a commitment to integrating ESG principles throughout the process, with a strong focus on fostering responsible growth and promoting financial inclusion.
You will have a proven track record in financial modelling, business analysis, or deal execution, supported by a relevant academic background. You will contribute to the preparation of industry research and market intelligence, actively helping to identify emerging opportunities.
You will deliver thoughtful analysis and insights on potential investments, assisting the team in assessing their feasibility.
You will build and refine financial models, test underlying assumptions, and articulate clear investment theses.
Prior investment experience, particularly within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and financial sectors.
Strong foundational knowledge in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and analytical techniques.
A creative and adaptable mindset, combined with precision and strong organisational skills.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas confidently both in writing and in person.
A collaborative approach to building meaningful professional relationships, underpinned by integrity, transparency, and credibility.
