Graduate Opportunity - Stoke-on-Trent | Start ASAP

£95-£105 per day

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with St Gabriel the Archangel CMAT and Alpha Academies Trust to offer graduates a structured, paid pathway into Primary or Secondary Teacher Training.

This opportunity is designed for graduates who are serious about becoming a teacher and want to gain high-quality classroom experience before progressing directly onto teacher training within one of our partner Trusts.

Your Route into Teaching

• Start ASAP as a full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant
• Earn £95-£105 per day (dependent on experience)
• Gain a full academic year of classroom experience
• Progress onto Teacher Training with the Trust following a successful placement

This is not a short-term role - it is a clear, supported and proven route into teaching.

• Graduates aspiring to teach in Primary or Secondary education
• Strong subject knowledge (core subjects particularly welcomed for Secondary)
• Committed, enthusiastic and resilient individuals
