A supportive Secondary School in Ealing is seeking a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across KS3 and KS4. This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in SEND teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, youth work or pastoral support .
The school has strong SEND and pastoral systems in place and provides clear guidance and support for staff new to SEND settings.
The Role Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Helping pupils access learning in mainstream classrooms
Supporting emotional regulation, confidence and engagement
Working closely with the SEN team and teaching staff
Gaining specialist experience within a secondary SEND setting
Who This Role Is Suitable For Psychology, education or related graduates
