Academics / Term Time Teachers are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in schools on a full time or part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are considering a career in education, healthcare, psychology, sports coaching, or child development and want to gain valuable classroom experience.

Working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant provides hands-on experience supporting pupils, assisting teachers, and helping to create a positive learning environment within schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis

Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities

Helping to support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

Encouraging student engagement and participation in lessons

Ideal Candidates May Have Degrees In:

Education

Psychology

Health & Social Care

Sports Science / Coaching

Childhood Studies or related fields

Requirements:

A graduate degree (or currently completing your degree)

A passion for working with children or young people

A proactive and positive attitude

Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
