Role Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Work 1:1 and in small groups to raise attainment and build pupil confidence. Assist in planning, classroom preparation, and the delivery of interventions. Provide pastoral support and contribute to the school’s inclusive learning environment.
