As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils needing additional help.
Assist pupils with SEN, SEMH, or learning gaps.
Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
