About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join mainstream primary schools as Graduate Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for graduates with degrees in Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Education, or any other transferable subject with relevant skills applicable to an educational setting. Whether you are a recent graduate seeking valuable classroom experience during a gap year, or planning to apply for a PGCE with QTS, this is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in schools. This is a rewarding yet challenging role where you will support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. While previous experience working with children is beneficial, it is not essential, as full training, ongoing support, and CPD will be provided.
