What you’ll be doing * Supporting pupils with academic, emotional, or behavioural needs * Working 1:1 or in small groups alongside teachers or SENCOs * Helping build confidence, communication, and learning skills * Using your subject knowledge to boost pupil engagement and progress We’d love to hear from graduates who: * Hold a degree in English, Science, Psychology, Childcare, or a related field * Are calm, adaptable, and proactive in school settings * Are open to working in primary, secondary, or SEN environments * Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS Pay £89 to £96 per day (based on 6.5 hours), depending on experience and setting Why Right Education?
