About the Role
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants and Aspiring Teaching Assistants with previous experience in UK schools to support mainstream primary schools across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Education, Speech & Language Therapy, or related subjects, as well as individuals looking to build a long-term career as a Teaching Assistant. If you are planning to complete teacher training or a PGCE with QTS in the future, this opportunity provides valuable hands-on classroom experience and a strong foundation for your next steps.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
A graduate or aspiring Teaching Assistant with recent experience in UK schools Proactive and confident when supporting learning in the classroom Attentive, observant, and responsive to pupils' individual needs
Job Requirements
