Prospero Teaching is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants and Learning Mentors to work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools throughout Dorset. The Role

You'll work directly with pupils and teachers, supporting learning, wellbeing, and development:

Support teachers in busy classroom settings
Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
Help children with learning, confidence, and behaviour
Support pupils with additional or special educational needs
Act as a positive role model, providing structure, encouragement, and motivation Who We're Looking For

Recent graduates - all degree subjects welcome
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
